Important Dining Information

We have a 10 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 10 minutes after your reservation time.

We may contact you about this reservation, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date.

Your table will be reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes for parties of up to 2; and 2 hours for parties of 3+.

We do our very best to honor seating preferences and last minute changes to reservations/requests, however, please note that we may not always be able to please you.

Outdoor dining is available weather permitting, small doggies are welcome!  In case of bad weather we'll do our best to accommodate outdoor reservations inside, but we may not always be able to do so.

We strictly enforce our Cancellation Policy. More Below.

Cancellation Policy

We require a valid credit card number to secure a reservation of 5 people and up. We ask that you please give us a minimum of 24 hours to cancel your reservation. There's a STRICT fee of $25 per person for a no show, or late cancellation. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We accept cash, and all major credit cards.

About Gift Certificates

We honor all Basso Gift Certificates including those sold at our now closed Norwalk location and our new generation ones. Basso Gift Certificates do not expire.
