POSITIONS

Assistant Restaurant Manager

Full Time

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to ensure guest satisfaction at our fast paced experience driven restaurant. You will partner with the General Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead the way when the General Manager is not present to ensure that all service standards are being followed and that guests' expectations are being met. As Assistant Manager you will motivate and lead team members in the kitchen and dining room while maintaining a positive, friendly environment. You may also serve as lead host, setting the tone for guests as they enter the restaurant. Other duties include making the FOH schedule, managing FOH personnel, monitoring FOH inventory, taking pictures for social media and ensuring safety protocols are being followed. 

Our ideal AM is friendly, confident, and has a great disposition. Hardworking, passionate about hospitality, and capable of leading and coaching a team are key.

  • Must have experience! 3 year restaurant experience required in a well-respected fine dining restaurant.
  • Reliable a must.
  • Great communication skills. Must be a fluid English speaker.
  • Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment, under pressure, multitasking, with a smile ;)
  • Wine/spirits knowledge preferred.
  • Willingness to be coached.
  • Ability to work well with other team members, strong desire to be part of a team.

EXPEDITER/Server

Full Time/Part Time
  • At least three years of expediting and serving experience in a well-respected fine dining restaurant.

  • Reliable a must.

  • Great communication skills.

  • Warm, friendly, confident, and with great attitude. Smiling a plus!

  • Willingness to be coached.

  • Ability to work well with other team members, strong desire to be part of a team.

  • Preferably living in the area.

Line Cook

Full Time

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in a well-respected fine dining MEDITERRANEAN restaurant.

  • Reliable, friendly, confident, and with a team player attitude. 

  • Willingness to be coached.

  • Preferably living in the area.


Responsibilities:

  • Committed to providing a unique guest experience. We are not just about any restaurant, we are very passionate and take pride in what we do!
  • Ability to perform in a very fast paced, high volume environment with determination and a balanced, gracious attitude. Ability to handle stress a must!
  • Consistency is key. Attention to detail is key.

Salad Pantry Cook

Full Time/Part Time
  • At least two years experience in a well-respected fine dining MEDITERRANEAN restaurant.

  • Reliable a must.

  • Warm, friendly, confident, and with great attitude. Smiling a plus!

  • Willingness to be coached.

  • Ability to work well with other team members, strong desire to be part of a team.

  • Compensation to be determined based on experience.

  • Preferably living in the area.
